To use this application:

  1. Select a folder in the Office Supply Categories tree to display items in that category.
     
  2. Select an item in the Office Supply Items list to view or edit item details.
     
  3. Select the View or Edit tab in the Item Details window as appropriate.
     
  4. Edit information in the Edit pane of the Item Details window and click 'Save Item' to save your changes; or
     
  5. Double-click on item Name, Description, Units, or Unit Cost to edit information in place in the Office Supply Items list.
     
  6. Right-click on any item in the Office Supply Items list to Show Details, Edit, or Delete that item.
     
  7. Drag an item from the Office Supply Items list to a folder in the Office Supply Categories tree to recategorize the item.
     
  8. Enter partial SKU or Item name in the Find Items form and click 'Find' to display matching Office Supply Items.
     
  9. Click the 'Use category' checkbox to filter items based on both partial SKU or Item name and the selected category in the Office Supply Categories tree.
     
  10. Click on any section header (eg Item Details) to hide that section. Click and drag section headers to resize sections. Click and drag the vertical resize bar to resize the left and right halves of the application.
