Draft 080409 (changes with respect to Draft 080404)
- Changed mathematical notation in 3.6, 6.6 to be in line with Youzhi's suggestions on the journal paper.
Instead of a single permutation function Gamma(xi,psi) -> j I have changed the order of domain and range resulting in a permutation function Gamma(j)->(xi,psi), which I think better complies with the requirements of the subsequent equations (6.3)-().
